I assessed and redesigned the existing Operation Fruit Rescue Edmonton website to be more visually interesting and user-friendly.
The begin this project, I researched the existing site to find out where improvements could be made. This involved a user interview, creating personas, and analysis of the site’s audience. The conclusion I came to was that the site could be improved through better navigation and an update to the dated visuals. I pitched two style tiles and decided on the warmer, more rustic one on the right. I felt that the inviting nature was more consistent with the organization.
I then created a wireframe of the homepage and an interior page. Through iterations, I came to the results below:
